Our latest development project is a 7 unit complex in the rapidly developing suburb of Idalia. This suburb is located in close proximity to the city and is surrounded by modern shopping, schools and sporting facilities. Development approval has been granted for this project and our architects will soon be completing the design for this complex of affordable residential units designed for the tropics. Watch this space for updates on the progress of the development.

 

 

One of our innovative projects was the refurbishment of an acre of old bakery facilities, into a small residential subdivision and a 3000sqm self storage facility. The management of this complex development was all handled “in house” and involved individual applications for: Material Change of Use, Demolition, Reconfiguration, Building Work & Change of Class.  

 

The self storage section of the redevelopment was undertaken in the oven warehouse of the bakery, and resulted in  individual storage units that are located inside the refurbished warehouse, providing superior insulation and security features.

 

This project demonstrates the ability of our team to "think outside the square" in developing solutions to construction challenges.
